About Little Dragon Classes

We call our children classes The Little Dragons.  The reason is because the Dragon represents superior quality and overcomes obstacles until success is his. The true meaning of the term Kung Fu is to work hard to accomplish a goal.

"My husband and I would like to acknowledge your efforts and the schools in the training of Billy. Your expertise and teaching experience have motivated Billy to what we feel have been successful accomplishments.”      Michael and Barbara Lis

“I started my daughter at Rothrock’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi studio for many different reasons.  I must admit I had reservations about her being in class. Her memory isn’t like most 4th graders and I was afraid it would be more pressure on her. It turned out she loved the classes.  I found that being at Rothrock’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi Studio has made Kara more aware of her potential, has boasted her self esteem, and most appropriately, has taught her that how fast you learn is not as important as trying to do your best.”          Sincerely, Kerin DeBeck

Special Report on Educational Reform

Despite comprehensive efforts in education reform. one-third to one-half of college students seek remedial help in reading, writing or mathematics., Employers continue to express astonishment at how poorly prepared  young employees are in writing, oral communication and even basic social skills.

In a recent report on the failure of education reform, it was discovered that the failure was not due to curriculum or class subjects... but discipline, concentration, patience and persistence. These were the cornerstones that needed to be develop first before a child would excel with their education and in the work force.

These are attributes that our Little Dragon's class develops. Children are not born with these attributes, they must be learned and developed throughout their life.  Give your Child an edge in school and life.
